We want you to love your Mustard Made lockers as much as we do, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for items in their original, unassembled packaging. Please note that once a locker has been built, it is no longer eligible for return due to the nature of the flat-pack design.

Return Process

• 1.
  Check Your Eligibility

  Ensure your item is in its original flat-pack packaging, unassembled, and within 30 days of delivery.

• 2.
  Submit a Request

  Contact our customer service team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive an RMA authorization.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack the items in their original shipping cartons and attach the provided return label to the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the return, we will process your refund to the original payment method, minus any applicable restocking fees.
