How do Mustard Made lockers arrive and are they easy to assemble?
Our lockers arrive flat-packed to reduce our carbon footprint and make shipping more efficient. Each locker comes with an easy-to-follow instruction manual and a video guide. No tools are required for most models—they simply click and snap together!
What are the shipping costs and delivery times for the US?
We offer standard shipping across the contiguous United States. Orders are typically processed within 2 business days, and delivery usually takes between 5 to 7 business days depending on your location. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order.
What is your return policy if the color isn't quite right?
We want you to love your locker! If you change your mind, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is in its original packaging and unassembled. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Are the lockers durable enough for humid environments like bathrooms?
Yes, our lockers are made from high-quality powder-coated steel, making them rust-resistant and durable. While they are perfect for bathrooms and laundry rooms, we do not recommend placing them in direct contact with water (such as inside a shower).
Do the lockers come with a warranty?
Every Mustard Made locker is backed by a 2-year manufacturing warranty. This covers any structural defects or manufacturing faults, giving you peace of mind that your storage solution is built to last.
Can I secure my locker to the wall for safety?
Safety is our priority. Every locker includes wall attachment points and a safety kit. We strongly recommend anchoring your locker to the wall, especially in homes with children or pets, to prevent tipping.
